ok so...ive done alot to get it working:

-i got no-ip acc and setup the server
-downloaded java thingy
-i got moparscape


now can someone please tell me how i make every thing like...

well what i want to do is move objests arround in varrock and stuff and spawn some monsters *but* i do not know how.

and if i did all this how do you save it?

how do you make special teleporting key things you click to go to cities

and what the npc ppl trade and stuff

also need to control waht npc's trade

charector positions,portals, (basily everything)

*the only reason im doing this is to be admin ftw *
