How To Unblock A Website {No Proxy or programs required}

Hello I am going to show you how to get past a blocked website.
A) If a website is blocked for example http://www.runescape.com
B)If you put the following website in https://www.runescape.com it will unblock.Now notice the difference in http i put HTTPS.
Https cannot be blocked because it means secure.
IF YOU CLICK ON SOMETHING WITHIN THE WEBSITE IT WILL SAY BLOCKED.SIMPLY PUT IN HTTPS:// IN FRONT OF IT
