Why do people swear?

Cuz we fucking want to got a problem ? lol

 

i know seriously i dont get these stupid ass threads about questions, especially this one. why do people swear? who the hell cares, why are we living on this god forsaken earth?

 

We are on this earth so whoever by the chance had created it could bring you and rawr im phat together to debate this... also I believe we are on this earth to find our primary function.. as is everything else that is on this earth

I don't think it's a pointless thread, It's nice to see what people say. And see there opinions on things. Jesus, control yourself as well. It's just a question he wants to know.

Well, some peopel swear as that is their habit. Also, is it true a superstition says that you get uglier if you swear? I am just asking...

I see nothing wrong with swearing, as it doesnt hurt anyone. I do watch my mouth though as swearing constantly doesnt make you tough yet a lot of people do it because they think they're hot shit.

People swear, because it makes them feel stronger, more powerful, and more assertive. Honestly, who would you fear more?

Respect isn't a matter when you swear. Swearing actually makes you look barbaric sometimes,:'( nobody will swear around their parents(disrespectfully), but they can swear infront of their friends,girl-friends, teachers sometimes too.

Swearing, is just morally disrespectful, makes you seem tough and fearful, and was created by the tough and the strong. Nobody uses swearing just because they felt like it, (otherwise, you're dumb) so swearing is just another "adult" way of using words.

Certain swear words, actually are "words", but nobody will use around the above listed.


Female Dog = Bitch
Poo = Shit/Crap
Holy Jesus = Holy Shit

 

Why should we disrespect, or fear someone? Society should all get along in peace, not violence and anger... Swearing just causes more violence witch isn't needed.

 

I absoultely see your point. Again though.. respect and fear, together is a powerful combination. If you have power, you're obviously "tough".

I feel, that people who are respected, shouldn't be using words like "yo", "fuck", "cockblock", "penispumper", and other words me and my friends thought of/remembered.

So, stop in' , and start :love: in'.

People who are feared, get along through life, with a female in his bed every night, a martini in his night-stand every morning, and 3 lives.

However, if you're :love: ed or ed... you have more of a personal life, and close to the same amount of money as a feared american.


Businessman and telemarketers, they're feared.
Italian Godfathers, respected by all.


There is different level of respects. The type you earn through hard work, and the type you earn through fear. No matter how you see to it, almost everybody in The world, goes to sleep with power on their minds.
"How can I suceed?" , is the big question. So you go through crime, or work. Eithier way, you're getting respected.
