I've only sold RSGP seven or eight times after the removal of trade restrictions in 2011. Until now, I've always used large buyers with their own websites with 24/7 livechat. This time, I had trouble finding a buyer and I decided to go with a buyer with a few years on the site and a lot of vouches.

So I installed Skype for the first time in years, but I couldn't get the link to add QBDyce via his signature to work. (I'm guessing it either doesn't work for the Opera desktop internet browser or there's something wrong with my firewall settings.) I searched for "qbsythe" using the search feature on Skype and the search result looked correct to my eyes. (Imgur: The magic of the Internet) However, I was actually talking to an imposter with the Skype live:gbsythe and the discord #qbd3331. (NO idea why this guy was first on Skype's search results.) We first chatted on Skype and he asked me to also install discord and add him, which I did by copypasting his user from the Skype chat (Imgur: The magic of the Internet). Things started getting a bit weird as the "buyer" wouldn't PM me here on Sythe despite me asking several times (Imgur: The magic of the Internet). Then about 40 minutes into this weirdness I finally saw a response to my comment on QBDyce's Sythe profle: Imgur: The magic of the Internet

At that point I stopped talking with #qbd3331 on discord and started talking with #QBD3331 on discord instead. 15 minutes later I had the payment for my 1600M in my bitcoin wallet. Moral of the story: don't trade before the other person has made you comfortable trading with you.

P.S. I actually forgot to ask the real QBDyce for a PM on Sythe before trading, lol. I'm guessing I traded the correct guy as he did pay me.
