Trying to recover account - Recoded

A while back (around 3-4 months I believe) my account was banned for no reason. I think I got some sort of message about "account is compromised", but every time I tried to go to the link provided by sythe to recover the account, I get a "your account is banned" message. So here I am trying to recover the account, it is a VERY old account that I made way back and I would like to know how to get it unbanned.

Have you been hacked or banned due to suspicion of being hacked? Please provide us with as much of the following information to assist in the return of your account.

1. Post from your normal, home IP address.
2. Supply us with the current email connected to your account.
3. If you have a recovery phrase, please provide that. (This is something you would have set when you created your account.)
4. Include a virus scan screenshot to ensure that your computer is not infected.

NOTE: If the email connected to your account includes your name, feel free to expedite the recovery with a blurred version of your ID showing your name. The same goes for if your account has your birthday/year. (We can cross-match this information to make your recovery quicker.)

Unsure of some of the info? Posting from home may be enough, but if it isn't, we can possibly give hints based off of IP.

 

Posting a new thread since one of the rules for this forum was to not edit your posts with new information and I would like to have this go as smoothly as possible.

1. Post from your normal, home IP address: I can't post from my normal home address, I am currently living in a uni dorm (the account was flagged as compromised during my 1st semester away from home) I lived in [redacted] and am now attending uni in [redacted] (Please block that info)
2. Supply us with the current email connected to your account: I believe I know the email that was connected with the account originally, but I'm not 100% sure, back in 2011 I think I used 3 emails, one started with a K the other two started with A. I can give these emails if requested but I don't remember 100% what email I used for this account. Off the top of my head I think I used the email: [redacted] (Please block this info), if this is not the email I can give the other addresses.
3. If you have a recovery phrase, please provide that: As far as I'm aware I never set a recovery phrase.
4. Include a virus scan screenshot to ensure that your computer is not infected. My account was not hacked, it was flagged as compromised when I moved to a uni dorm. I can post a virus scan screenshot if requested, but I know for a fact that doesn't matter.

With the information provided (and the lack-of on the questioned account), I can not recover the account for you. I suggest you continue to use your current account until you can create a recovery using your normal home IP.

Should you create another recovery using your normal home IP, you will still need to provide a virus scan as we still have your account listed as compromised.
