Explain the service: Playerauctions powerleveling 99 strength and 99 range done BY HAND.


Amount scammed: Account was perm banned after two weeks into the service, 20M items, fire cape, god books, quests.

He began telling me they were going to replace the account no questions asked, the conversation kept on and he insisted that they never used bots on my account and wanted to prove so by showing osbuddy screenshots. Two weeks into this service my account was banned this account was sitting inactive for a significant period of time prior to this service being started, none of my other accounts were affected when I checked the account on the highscores. He is responsible for this ban, he was most likely using injection botting software on his osbuddy clients. This is not the first time he has gotten accounts banned during his services/account sales however this is the first sythe report against him.

This individual is sadly taunting me and being malicious towards this situation trying to bully me into thinking I have no options in this situation to agree to his demands when hes taken advantage by botting and getting my account banned :/

@RyanB & @thedang - Looks like ranged started at 55 (166,636 exp) and ended at 72 (899,257 exp). Strength started at 62 (333,804 exp) and ended at 85 (3,258,594). Both are approximates.

Ranged XP completed = 732,645, approx remaining = 12,135,285
Strength XP completed = 2,924,910, approx remaning = 9,775,890

The completed exp will not need to be refunded nor will the valuables on the account, the remaining incomplete portion of the service will. With the numbers outlined above you are both free to discuss what the refund will be, if you are unable to do so you can have the staff team review this and collectively decide what the amount should be.

I have contacted him on skype but there has been no response yet.

Unfortunately, the account ban looks due to his own previous history that got linked somehow and made the account banned. For sure, i can say that it was not due to botting but IP related ban. He can appeal it and might be successful ( if it has anything to do with us).

As for the compensation, it is beneficial for me to accept the payment for work done. However, we tend to compensate customers as much as we can ( sometimes undertaking huge losses), reason is to retain customer base. As such we can offer him the 99 str 99 range account for same price with same levels. However, we can't take the account from his hand unless he agrees to forfeit all the amount if account has any further bans. Awaiting his response if he accepts this.

Feel free to contact me if there is any other type of compensation he likes, but forcing a compensation is not really how it works.

 

@thedang - If @RyanB would like to continue the service on another account for compensation thats fine. If not, he is entitled to a refund of the incomplete portion of the service.
