    ok so i got 2 level 69's that have cash on them.... i need a midle man to help me transfer all the money to my lvl 40 main.

    i heard that jagex fixed the litle glich...now no matter who att you of whoever you att you allways get Penilty unless your the target or he is your target...
    so threat closed until jagex make a better update....

    Unless your really got and you get servive 3 min in medium crator with full rune and inventory with lobies....
