How do I use Western Union!- Please help me.

Ive just set up a Western union account since I heard its more safe than paypal.
Thing is I have no idea how I get money into the account, and how to send money, I heard you go to a shop with money then send to someone.. via some weird way. But I want to know how to recieve, send money online and also how to cash it out . please can someone help me . tyvm.

Going to the store is better.
They give you a form to fill out IE: Who your sending money to and how much ect. Then you have to set a pin so the person your sending money to can tell it to cashier and cashier can give you money. IE: 1234 I also heard you can do it online.

*EDIT:* I have succumbed to this by listening to other people, I have no personal experiance using WU.
