little help with sig making?

How do you put a text in a picture?
and make a picture smaller and wider?

 

What do you mean? What program are you using?

Anyway, you can put text on it VERY easily on any program. On MS paint, just click on the little 'A' button, click and drag it onto the picture, and type what you want.
