Well the money only (500m) at 3 USD ea would be USD 1.500. I've been adviced to sell the money first but i just don't have time to do all the trades and stuff. So whoever buys can then sell the money (or some of it) if they choose to.

If not, then i'll try to sell the money first if i can get some time.

Yeah it is, and that makes it harder to sell.

I got offered 2,300 USD for it (650m * 3 + 400 for the acc) , but it's very hard to trust the guy so not sure how i am gona do the trade.

You could contact jagex as a p mod and say your moving country before the trade somehow to sort out the problem of the p mod making it harder to sell?
Use an MM for the trade! Id reccomend someone who has had a high number of trades such as r2pleasent who as MMed for me or any staff member who MMs should be ok or official MM
