    Vouches.
    People should not be able to receive vouches for giving out free names and doing tutorial island.

    Vouches are meant to show trust and giving free names and doing tutorial island is not showing trust because there is no risk.

    Only been here a few months but I have seen loads of people doing it, sorry if this has already been discussed.

    People can give vouches for whatever reason they want.
