Explanation of the trade: Recovered 4 odds stakers
Amount scammed: $800 in accounts + 984M (can provide screenshot of all my accs when I logged off yesterday showing gold)

How they scammed: Recovered 4 accounts
Other relevant trade screenshots: I bought these accounts from Chad at a discounted price after Jake logged in and stole the gold from Chad twice. Chad tried reporting Jake for scamming him but Champ shut down his report Jakeirl . After that Chad offered them to me in a discounted price and I agreed to buy because I put authenticator on them. Jake never gave Chad the email/password reset links because he didn't know the registered email at the time so I thought putting authenticator on them would be safe.
Today I logged in to stake to find out each inside (4 total) had the password changed. All the accounts had the same password from when Jake gave them to Chad and all 4 were recovered this morning.
Ironically enough the registered emails are still connected to Jakes email meaning he reset the password.

Ironically enough he came back to streaming/staking yesterday and streamed on his twitch and at the end of the stream got cleaned.

Chad was deemed subhuman and the scam was allowed. He has now scammed Goat. Heres my convo with treegp when I had him removed from our discord. We didnt trust him 2 sell and didnt want him scamming our customers.

So there's some points i want to make for people to comprehend about this scenario.

I sold the accounts to chad, over a year ago, and him and i both understood that the e-mail associated with the accounts was lost and the passwords would not be able to be reset.

I did make a mistake of taking gold off the accounts, without his permission when i was in time of need because of a whale holding 6b+ at the duel arena. Chad is the only person on the entire site of sythe i could scam, with 0 consequences, but the gold was ALWAYS refunded to the accounts.

The next thing is that if these accounts were on my e-mail, that i had access to, i could lock the account and change the password at any given time, without any period of waiting for jagex to read the appeal, etc. With that being said, i could easily have brought an account to the duel arena appearing to be a whale, request a 10b stake from any of the accounts i had sold, watch chad transfer the gold to the account and instantly lock the account to get a free 10b + with ZERO CONSEQUENCES. Why would i not do that? I had a free opportunity to scam, any amount i wanted practically, with zero risk.

The next point i want to make is the fact that 6-8 hours after i sold 1b, asked for a vouch, and got the vouch, my accounts were recovered for the exact amount my vouch was for. Why in the FUCK would i scam someone and sell gold AND ask for a vouch, when i'm very inactive in the market for the last year. That makes it look like i did it completely.

When i sold the accounts to chad, i gave him every detail i had about the accounts, and him and i both tried recovering the accounts to put it on his email, with no success. Chad shared the account with at least 1 other staker, and then months after i sold him the accounts resold the accounts to someone else. Keep in mind @GOAT i've sold you more than just 4 accounts, it just happened to be the accounts i sold chad and gave every detail about the creation of the accounts to chad, but none of the others?

One other thing, the email tied to the accounts J****@a**** , is the same, at least the first letter is the same, and the first letter of the @ is the same, but really..if i was going to steal the accounts, wouldnt it be common fucking sense to have them put on a new email so it looks like a recovery? And also, when someone recovered the accounts if they put the new registered emails as anything that started with a J and ends @aol.com, the e-mail registered to the accounts would appear the exact same.


Lastly, this is the reason that while i was active on sythe i never, ever, ever participated in account sales. EVER. It is far to easy to be accused, it's far to easy for recoveries to be staged, and it's something i never wanted to get involved with. But here i am, dealing with a DNT, getting kicked from discord servers, while holding gold i'm trying to sell but don't want to risk getting in trouble for trading with a DNT rank. How is it logical that i sold accounts to chad with the understanding that if he would try to frame me it wouldnt matter because it's chad, so it's zero risk for me to sell him the accounts, then after OVER A YEAR of use and MULTIPLE USERS and resales, the accounts get recovered, and im thrown under the bus to deal with it?

 

you're a scammer you nabbed the gold off chad's account once and took advantage of him not being able to report you on sythe (sythes stupid for this).
you saying you'd be able to get 10b off chad if you could even though it has no relevance to the report he told me he would never put even more than 150m on anyone of your accounts under any circumstances because you're a scammer.
i've asked Chad and he never shared the accounts with anyone, hes only staked ever with ethan and ethan said he never got access to it and told Chad himself he shouldn't use them.
i've shown screenshots to staff of him asking you to recover them to which you completely ignored him.
i really think you took the vouch because you thought that the accounts were in chad's hands and he would not be able to make a report on you.
yes you've sold me more than 4 accounts, all of them have been banned for ages so don't know what you're trying to prove? also you weren't even the OO of them lol.
i've also been told that this is not the first time that something like this has happened. apparently you've sold an account to someone before and it got recovered then AFTER you told them that it was your IRL friend who was the OO.
admit you scammed and be a man about it, you're a grown ass man. it's not a surprise that hours after you get cleaned on stream the accounts get recovered. There is literally nobody that would have been able to recover the accounts but you and the registered email is still on your email.

typical jake the snake, you didn't even address every point I made.

the first time you nabbed the gold you didn't know you could scam chad without being reported and he had caught you in the act because the passwords were the same and you knew the password? he was trying to log in and saw the accounts were logged in. the first time you paid him back but the second time you denied it or at least tried to but when you tried saying it's the person who he staked with that took it (ethan) it didn't work out because they are IRL friends and ethan didn't even use your accounts because you're a scammer.
you ended up paying him back the second time after denying it for about 2 weeks, why would you have done that if it wasn't you?
i'll tell you why you did this this time, because i put authenticator on them you weren't able to just login and willy nilly take the gold when you wanted to.
the accounts were still on your email so you reset the passwords. you are legit a ratnum and we all watched your stream where you had to xfer off all your accounts and you lost all the gp to selena and like 2 hours after you end your stream the accounts get recovered for a bil, and you vouch someone for selling a bil.

@GOAT i knew chad was the only person on sythe that wasnt able to file reports, that's why i sold him the accounts in the first place........... why would i pay him back knowing that if im a scammer.. i didn't take your gold, but it's beyond the point that the only reason i sold the accounts in the first place TO CHAD was because i didnt have to worry about what happened afterwards knowing that the kid is in drama 24 FUCKING 7, and i wouldn't be effected by it.

you've yet to provide a valid or reasonable explanation on how all 4 accounts got recovered (yes all 4) when YOU are the original owner and YOU are the only one who would be able to recover them and YOU had the accounts still registered on your email and YOU are the only one who knew the creation details

 

it's like you don't even read my responses, i gave chad all the information to the accounts, so no im not the only person able to recover, and i had failed recoveries a year ago when i sold them to chad...and everything just so perfectly looks like i did it, things that anyone who is recovering an account would not do. why would i not change the email, to make it look like the account was recovered, why would i keep it on the same email? why would i ask for a vouch if i just stole gold off accounts, it literally is so fucking simplistic of things not to if one is going to go rogue. It's like you go into someones house and steal all of their shit, but before you leave you spit on the floor with a sign that says heres my fucking DNA!!

There is zero logic, i was framed by someone, most likely chad, but regardless after the accounts were sold to chad, and chad and i had an agreement about the accounts, its between you and chad. i didnt touch the accs, and if i did i would have gotten far more than 1b, easily

 

if you think that i'm or anyone is going to believe chad recovered your accounts you're beyond absolutely retarded. think of something else. if you think I'm going to believe chad someone whos one of my best friends and always looks out for me and when i got cleaned and was feeling depressed he was the only one there for me and you think i'm going to ever think it was him? the report was made before you vouched or got the 1b vouch you know that right? you know you are only embarrassing yourself? and you have a history of scamming on the accounts?
