Explain the service: Bought soloq boost from p5-d5 and did not complete before end season. He said he was gonna refund me but kept on delaying it saying "in 2 days" when it was promised to be given at an earlier date. I then agreed on a partial refund although I shouldve got 100% but I agreed. I still have not gotten a refund as they claim to have no money in their paypal and needs further delaying.

Amount scammed: Paid 140 USD

Discord ID + Unique Discord ID or Skype profile ID & conversation pictures: Imgur: The magic of the Internet

Proof that the service was not completed: Imgur: The magic of the Internet

Other relevant trade screenshots: Most of the screenshots were posted on the imgur link. The parts of conversation that were taken out were just questions as the whole conversation was really long.
