I am sorry Tom can't get the unique Id on his phone, I don't know too much about discord. If a mod can tell Tom how to I'm sure he will.

I hope this is enough evidence to actually support that Tom has been scammed by the user in Question, Tom's a nice Bloke and don't deserve it. Let's just hope he wants to return one day and pays you what you deserve sir.
