Guide on how to speed up your computer using a Registry Cleaner

Introduction ​

Many people don’t know what a Registry Cleaner is and my goal is to inform people. A Registry Cleaner is a program that cleans up your computer of Broken Links, Invalid Entries, and Program Errors. A Registry cleaner is very useful, it cleans your computer of useless items that slows down your computer and takes up memory. Just by using a free registry cleaner, I have increased my computer speed by a very large amount, and have deleted 6Gbs of memory. Of course such results are not typical because I use roughly 100Gbs of memory ^_^. But it will in fact increase your computer speed and memory. Enough of an introduction, not onto the actual guide.

Importance of a Registry Cleaner ​

Ok there are many ways of speeding up your computer from deleting Temporary Files to just deleting useless programs. Ok now to go into more details of what it does. As mentioned above a Registry Cleaner will delete all Broken Links, Invalid Entries, and Program Errors. The usefulness of using a program compared to manually deleting errors is the speed and effectiveness. Doing it manually you will run the risk of deleting essential information needed to start up a computer. Using a provided program is very helpful because with all programs there an option to Recovering Previous Registry. If done successfully, your computer should run like it was the first month that you bought it, it will drastically increase productiveness and reduce the chances of your computer automatically shutting down.

Good Free Registry Cleaners ​

Finding and using a good Registry Cleaner is as important as actually deleting the useless information. Using a faulty or malfunctioning Registry Cleaner can result to deletion of important information needed to run your computer.

There are many good free Registry Cleaners out there, for example I personally use a program called "Eusing Free Registry Cleaner." Although there are many programs out there, I have found after some trials of scanning, to be the most effective in the area of finding the most errors. Using a program called Ccleaner is also a very good option. Ccleaner is a free program that can automatically delete Temporary Files alongside a useful Registry Cleaner. Ccleaner is a very popular program with 175 Million downloads according to the site, I know many people who have this program. If anything does go wrong, you can always backup and restore your registry whether you are running Windows Xp or Vista. If your program does not include a backup Registry option then you can do it manually. I will not go into much detail on how to back up manually but I will include a troubleshooting article from Microsoft.

Although a free Registry Cleaner will do a good job, a paid for Registry Cleaner ( Will go into detail in next section) will do a fantastic job. Free Registry Cleaners only scan certain sections of your computer leaving many errors yet to be fixed because it is not capable without proper funding from paid users who buy the actual program.

Paid for Registry Cleaner ​

There are many good paid for Registry Cleaners out there that do a fantastic job in clearing your computer of useless information. For instance a program I stumbled upon called RegCure has been very helpful for me. Included on their home page is a free scan, the free scan will give you a basic outlook of what you are looking at, if you do decide to pay for it, you will be getting your money’s worth. On average RegCure can range from a bit pricey 15 Dollars.

The advantage of using a paid for program is the effectiveness. Using a free program, the program scanned and found only about 50% of the errors on my computer. I calculated the percentage by scanning my computer with a free one and a paid for one. If you feel that you are not getting the most out of your expensive computer, buying a program is probably your best choice. Although a bit pricey, it will help you in the long run.

How to operate the program ​

Ok a couple of things you need to address before using a Registry Cleaner, first off find a program that suits your needs. Using Google, you can easily find a free program or if you chose, a paid for program such as RegCure can be purchased. After choosing your program, scan your computer. Scanning your computer may take a couple of minutes or longer depending on the amount of memory used and available. After letting the scan, you can either chose to manually delete the errors or just repair all errors. Remember if anything ever does go wrong, you can always back up your Registry by following the instructions attached at the bottom. After repairing all errors found, you should now have a faster computer and have more memory. As I mentioned above, I used up a lot of memory so it is not typical to delete 6Gbs of memory but it will clear a significant amount of space. I used the free registry cleaner the "ccleaner" one. My computer and internet is actually running faster. 10/10

 

They are all safe I would say 99.99999999999% I am right. ... Use these and it will make your computer go much faster.... And defrag alot. D:
