ParchedFish recovered OSRS Pure account

I bought an OSRS pure account off of ParchedFish back in March. I actively played on the account for a few months until I got busy IRL and had to take a break. I just returned to the OSRS / Sythe community with the release of mobile, only to find that the account had been recovered along with the 100m bank I had on the account. ParchedFish blocked me on all platforms. He had sold 2 accounts before and did not have any bad feedback but it looks like now he may have recovered them all.
