Got a question for admins....

Well
idk if you know my good friend Nc0 FTW, but,
He got banned for "changing recovs" on someone's account for which he was going to get a torso for....
It couldn't possibly be him because I know him irl and he went to a tennis camp for 11 days and he wasnt there when the recovs were changed...
I can get more into detail with his plead for getting unbanned, just ask for more details or add nc0's msn...

My question is...
if someone who was banned unfairly, made a thread in the suggestions thread that got accepted, and was initially a good idea, could he get unbanned by the slightest chance?

the basic idea of the thread is to clean up the thread traffic in the user services section.
