Toys Sythe Account Hacked?

This has happened months ago, and I have had no help. I have been banned for hacking my own account. I have found the original account creation email and i have given it. I don't know what else I can give to prove. Please help me.

The registered email is (removed) I can also forward creation email and password changes emails if needed.

 

We don't need forwards of emails - we are looking for identification for previous location if possible.
