It's too late to be buying gold now. Back in 2004 it was $300 an ounce. Now it is almost $1,000 an ounce. If you want to buy it though go for it but you will only make a short profit. I would do silver because you can but a shit load and make a shit load.

Black oak trees are the way to go, seeds are cheap and large trees sell for upwards of 15 grand taking about 15 years to grow. By the time that 15 years is up the lumber will cost even more
