Account Recovery

The osbot ban is something you're well aware of, a scam that occurred due to a hijacking that I paid back.

The ban evasion on osbot has no relevance.

The ban evasion of nicksep/nsep777 was me 'evading' a precaution ban because I waited for too long to have it resolved. Nothing here was extremely terrible or wrong, hence i'm still here on sythe.

The offsite ban on aimware was for 'flaming' an admin that insulted me and didn't like it when I responded. In that thread there's a link to the screenshot of a steam post. This is from my friend who mentioned it as a joke, if required I can ask him to login and confirm that it is his steam account indeed. For d3scene, this was resolved, hence I'm currently allowed to be there on a different account. I issued a refund but remain ban as a 'punishment' on that account, it was a shared account where me and my brother did 'services' and he essentially scammed off my account hence the name 'wizadude' when I went by the Alias Sinkovsky and still do, the steam account did not belong to me. if you look around you'll note its registered on some sites aswell. This was all explained and resolved was allowed to create a new account on d3scene. You can verify with brawrski that he did indeed get refunded. Aswell as other affected users. Can't post the transaction since the PayPal was closed but request for him of a picture of that transaction and you'll see. I did personally refund all transactions shortly after this. I referenced my d3scene to a moderator a while ago (do not remember which).

 

To add it's clear Maldesto is doing this out of spite from the recent report of mine on him, and should not be taken seriously for this matter aswell as from a user who has outstanding debt for 3 confirmed scams, as in contrary I repaid all my outstanding debts. I'd respect if this post be resolved swiftly, contact me or the user mentioned above in relation to proof whether or not the transaction was refunded, and whether the victim received his money back.

You ban evaded for 1 month before hand. You never tried to contact anyone. You have market threads on your osbot account deso that show you buying gp and ordering services
Yes you are exactly right I did make this once you made a thread on me, because I never make threads on here for ban evaders and I didnt even know you were on sythe I dont use this website.

Once I seen you were I instantly reported you for scamming and was told to make a thread.

 

Also the scam was in july of this year and you weren't hacked then. Even if you were you are responsible for your own account you have to refund.. also again you ban evaded and used the market without appealing. by passing twc.

 

what? on osbot in july? in the post itself a mod confirms via ip logs i was hacked.

And right now the conversation isn't going on about your website, the world doesn't revolve around you and we are on sythe and it does not concern your site at all. The ban that stands on my account is unjustified as I have repaid my debts etc. If this is what you are getting it you are very delusional my friend if you try and justify this as a reason to ban me on sythe. (it would make sense that you actually unban my osbot account while we are on the topic, preferably even delete my osbot account)

Show me where i tried to buy GP, you do also realise you don't require an osbot account to order services etc so i'm unsure what the relevancy is. And i did show proof of me mentioning to my friend i'm unable to contact any moderators on osbot in order to try and refund it. You had me blocked since forever on discord, aswell as all mods blocked me shortly after my ban after my acc was hijacked. And not that i cared enough about your garbage site that you more than likely ended up hijacking my account yourself and scamming off it. Following you track record that's a reasonable assumption and quite possible.

And Enough of this kiddy shit with 'accusations followed by 0 proof'. And try and take a deep breath and form a coherent sentence and think before you write next time.

 

You've repaid the scam on osbot that occurred on your account and we don't ban for offsite evasion so unless there are any other outstanding debts this user has @Maldesto he's not breaking any rules here
