Explanation of the trade: Essentially I paid a user on OSBOT 'OSRS-Butlers' 660m for a service done on 3 accounts, only 2 were completed, I wasn't aware this user was a previous scammer (with 2 banned accounts) but decode and maldesto both were. The user then ended up 'scamming' and was banned for it on osbot. He disputed it and was ordered to pay decode (188m) I requested that part of it would be put towards repaying the 'scam' that took place on my osbot account which happened a while ago : https://osbot.org/forum/topic/144996-dispute-against-nicksep/ which occurred when somebody hijacked my osbot account and used it do to so. However in a screenshot below you can note how 'Decode' a global moderator on osbot informs me that i won't receive my money as per the request of 'Maldesto' which is considered a scam.

Amount scammed: 100m (+)

How they scammed: Has not paid me the money that I was scammed by and then that user went ahead and refunded 'Decode' as request of Maldesto. Supposedly this was 188m which is not the correct amount i'm due (but this is not a topic i'm discussing right now). Regardless that implies that the 86m (due to gold fluctuation that they calculated), which 'Chris' informed me would be refunded to the victim of the hijacking of my account (have not seen evidence of it as of it, while in call i did request Chris to show me it once the user is refunded). This implies 102m is currently as per request of Maldesto held by 'Decode'. Regardless of the fact that Decode is the one holding it, he is doing it as per request of Maldesto hence he is an accomplice but the real scammer here is Maldesto.

Proof that it's their Discord or Skype: It will be only Decode's discord ID posted as Maldesto refuses to speak with me and has me blocked. :

Please let me know if you would like any more information or to clear anything up, I apologise in advance for disputing it here as i'm aware it's not technically a scam on sythe, but there is not other place to report him for the incident that took place, Thank you in advance.

I've been informed that @Maldesto has chosen to distribute the money owed to you instead to other unrelated scam victims on osbot. While we approve counterscams and having funds returned to direct victims of the scammer, we do not approve of surplus funds being kept or redistributed to unrelated victims, they need to be returned to the original person. Maldesto owes you 102m 07gp

There is a picture showing you and your butt buddy plan on using the accounts osrs butler trained to scam multiple users.

So yes I held the money and it will be returned if video says so.

 

To clear this up, not that I should even bother since it's a joke of an accusation.
My friend 'abnormalol' as in this screenshot does indeed do this, he attempted to convince me to try so aswell. However this for me does not seem like a good path to go down and I told him so myself. He tried to convince me to use these accounts as scamming, i'm well aware what he is doing, but this is his choice and I don't associate with it. It does not concern me what my friends are doing, it's their business. I'd appreciate you post some actual evidence instead of blindly accusing me of such wrongdoings.

You have SCAMMED 3 PEOPLE and have not paid back a single cent, i'd respect if you watch out who you call a scammer and don't as it's extremely hypocritical coming from your side. Just because someone says something does not make it true.

The three accounts that I have ordered were a request submitted to me by me IRL friends who I convinced to play runescape with me, however one of my friends started playing himself and did not wait for the completion of the account as 2 weeks I told him passed.


Now since we are here I'll fully explain the case :

I contacted a guy I found on OSBOT to complete for me 3 accounts that my friends requested I assist them with. I paid the user (660m) of the name 'OSRS-Butlers' who was apparently also a scammer on 2 other accounts he ban evaded. The first one was 'Bestcaper' the second one was 'Tuttifrutti'. I was informed that the mods were aware of the situation the whole time and cleared his negative rep without any warning, essentially assisting a scammer. Decode is good personal friends with him to add. (Decode in the past also sold accounts of a friend claiming he was Original owner, and his friends 'zerker' was banned on osbot for asking also.) It seems extremely fishy to me also how upon creation of his account 'osrs-buttlers (the 3rd one) decode essentially vouched and offered free middleman service in his thread. (he usually charges for it). So there is partial evidence that implies Decode knew about him being around. Hence logically it would make sense that Maldesto would too (however this is just an assumption).

Now for the actual amount owed since the '188m' refunded is technically incorrect, this is 220m deducting the cost of the stats complete and the inflation of gold price. The service 'provider' aka butler has confirmed the stats and quests missing as seen in the picture above.If you look at the screenshots in 'other relevant screenshots' this includes the services that were not complete on 2 / 3 accounts which are as follows : Cost to add (incomplete quests). : 47-65 def 38-55 wc 48-60 mining 41-61 c - Pastebin.com (so this as per direction of a mod should be calculated how much gold this equates to), and the things done on the 3rd account was as follows : What was done on the third account : 1 bond used cooks assistant dorics qu - Pastebin.com

Essentially that equates to approximately 25m per account. (Just an approximation)

So as of now i'm owed 105m + the cost of the incomplete services, the user I purchased from has only gave Decode 188m as per maldestos request, however obviously they did not account for the extra services since they planned straight off to 'pay other victims on osbot (not related to me) but they however have more than likely pocketed it as i have requested pictures and not receiving any related to this.

Next time you try to accuse me of something please post evidence along with it. As it's an extremely big thing you are accusing me of and really disrespectful.

This is quite evident that Maldesto had the intention of keeping the money to himself and not refunding any victims as none have been refunded as they claimed the money would be put towards. Pretty sad to see that you have not changed at all and continue being your regular usual scamming self.

This also adds to the point where the screenshot above is complete baloney (in the sense it is not showing evidence of anything) and he himself just took a long shot in attempt to have the slightest potential to refute my points and not pay me back. This behaviour is completely unacceptable overall and i'm not sure how Maldesto is not under TWC as i'm aware his previous scams have not been resolved. The amount of reports in relation to him even to this day is absurd.

It's 105m* as note I was told by Chris that 86m would be paid to the victim hence 188m-86m = 102m, but 188m-83m (that was actually paid 83m) = 105m.

But yeah we can await confirmation from Video regarding this, aswell as the rest of the money for incomplete services.

I'll await a response from @video how to go about the uncompleted services on my accounts. Which will be = 220m + PLUS incomplete services on 2 of the accounts MINUS the complete services aswell as the price of a bond on the third, and it will be your job to collect the additional calculated sum and hand it to me, or he can refund me directly the excess. So far he has 'refunded' 188m out of the required amount just to note.

83m went to a victim, 105m is due to go to me.

 

To put it simply the amount owed it will be from your friend 'Butlers', which you were meant to collect, but have not collected the full amount and instead collected only 188m :

I apologise and miswrote 105m instead of 188m. Obviously we will be awaiting a decision from Video regarding the 'extra' sum due, and whether I should be making a separate report on Butlers or you can ask your friend himself.

 

was refunded 105m, can close this dispute and inform me whether or not I can submit a report on OSRS-Butlers for his refund not being the correct sum.
