decided rs3 was not quite my thing, it was a impulsive decision to buy this account and he seemed trustworthy but i couldnt leave osrs, i tried to sell back to him but ofcourse he did not want that because HEY! if he wanted it back ever again he could just recover right? so he did.
he waited awhile hoping that i would train it and get wealth on it, but once again the number of offences worried me and i was not interested in rs3 at all anymore.

from here i already understood his gameplan, he recovers the account and as a defense he just say that i sold it, wich i surely have not!

Please note, the user said multiple times he doesn't want the account and wanted a refund, but he has all recovery info so if i ever bought it back from him and resold it, he'd be able to recover just as easy as i could. User also said MULTIPLE times he's going to sell the account because he does not want. Im under the impression he sold the account to someone else and now is saying "i don't have acc anymore, refund me" to essentially double his money.

Nothing to resolve. User either sold the account to someone else and is trying to make a quick buck by demanding i "refund him for recovering acc" or has just changed the email on the account and claiming it was me for his money back bc i refused to buy back the account multiple times.

 

Great defense once again exactly what i expected. I can admit i asked you to buy it back. But guess what you gave me fake recovery information obviously and the reason for you not buying it back is because u already planned to recover it. I did not sell or whatsoever. Im 100% sure YOU recovered the account. Man yourself up kid

So you took your time and thought up a plan to fake a recovery and claim "The account isnt safe" to get a full refund. Nice man. Not happening

 

Not at all, i dont even got time to make a plan. To be honest i dont even care about all of that bullshit. All i want is justice for your action. You recovered it and it was your plan. As a defense you just say that i sold the account. I actually wished i did sell the account so atleast i would have got money out of it. On the other hand your acc has over 20 offences for scamming and such, your a sketchy person and you surely wont get away with doing this.

Due to the painfully obvious fact that you either changed the linked email to account and claimed it was me doing it, or you sold account and the email has changed and you'd like me to recover for you/give you the refund you begged for, i won't be refunding or recovering the account incase you sold to someone else. Sorry.

 

Due to the obviously fact your a trash person and a scammer. I dont want you to "recover" a.k.a give it back to me as you already got it in your possession. This was all your plan recovering it. Expecting me to make a report and youll just say i sold it and thats it, well your not coming off that easily

 

You do realize that you asked me ~5-6 times for a refund/partial refund? You then said more than once you're going to sell the account because you don't want it.

Now magically you "Lose access" of the account or whatever and "Deem the account is unsafe" and want a full refund? Lol. I'm sure man.

 

I asked if it was possible for you to buy back yes, you denied because you would recover it anyway.

There's no evidence he sold this account to someone else so ordinarily you would have to recover and return it to him.

However, since he is banned and has a debt of 700m 07gp on this site, I'd ask that you recover the account and pass the original payment on to his victim, and I'd be happy to arrange that if you can contact me on discord video#0001 (case-sensitive)

I didn't recover any account, the person accusing me of recovering it is clearly a toxic chain scamming ban avoider who is 700m+ in debt, trying to scam more people. I'm going to believe my gut and assume he did resell the account thru another website, so i'm not going to recover it and unfortunately i'm not just going to give 160m to another user who was scammed out of pocket.
