what happened - macro major ban during puro puro imp catching service. was supposed too be by hand. he says they did it by hand and the ban is from buying powerleveling services through him even tho its a macro major ban and not a rwt ban ?

amount scammed - 1505$ spent on the acc so far on him doing services on it from - march 27th- october 16th .

he offered too rebuild me account that got banned for 800$ even tho i spent and lost 1.5k on the account too be trained.

he invited me in a group chat with video and video said since his tos says hes not resposible for any bans due too botting that im not entitled too any type of refund but i figured id might aswell make the report.

here he offers too start a fresh account and re do all the work for 40% of the price i already paid and said "they will unban it after a few months anyway" which is kind of rude and not very business like.

here he messages me asking if im here, when i reply instantly saying i got my phone with me he then tells me that the account got disabled and his trainer told him about it hours ago. why not inform me right away? he said his trainer got kicked off while doing puro puro hunting.

he says he knows his trainers irl thats why they cant bot ? doesn't really make sense tbh
our agreement was id be allowed too use my account during the day and at night his trainer would get on, i work 7:30am-4pm m-f and id hop on around 5-6pm and get off around 9pm and his trainer would be on till around 10am, weekdays i work nights so i wasnt able too play before his trainer would be on. he says these orders are complex so they cant be botted, the orders were like , do 20m herbi exp, which theres bots for, hunt imps at puro puro, pick white berries, mine/wc/smithing. stuff like that

acc was a 1810 total ironman with a 150m bank.

if needed i can pm proof of the money sent too him but he wont deny it, only reason not posting screenie in here is because it has his full name in the pictures since we use circle app too send money.
