Looking to pay for someone to level a fresh lvl 3 starter to max atk str hp and def

If need be I can have this split up if someone would like to get it nmz ready with all quests and requirements if you want to just do that you can price me for that as well.
or if wanting to do both.

If botted the accountability would be in your hands and if it was banned I would either want a refund or for you to start over (so most likely hand leveled would be best option)
