As far as I know Riot gave X amount of codes to content creators to give away however they choose, I doubt you’d be able to buy one, they’ve either been used or are being hoarded.

 

Sad... Maybe you know "content creator" who have one?

 

I don’t sorry, also don’t think the content creators would sell them on because it’s no doubt against the rules of recieving the codes

 

And I doubt that Riot knows if you gave it to a friend, viewer, stranger or sold it. I mean... there's no tracking for such thing
