    I've bought a lvl 103 from www.accountwarehouse.com on the 26th of October 2018 for a total of $149AUD ~

    The login emailed to me was: Harry.hc.uk
    The password emailed to me was correct.
    The Username: Hannnuss

    The account came with an email attached (?concerning): [email protected]
    The email attached's password was correct.
    The email attached secret question was correct.

    After changing passwords, changing the email registered (obviously), and playing fora few days i felt like it was safe to now actually start using it as a account of mine.

    I put 50m on it and then used my other accounts to stake, then traded back approx 250m in total of winnings to the account, bought gear etc and got some levels up.

    I then awoke on the 31st of October unable to login to the account, logged into my pure account and started recieving messages from my purchased account... from the original owner...
    He stated he gave accountwarehouse.com false recovery answers to his account, which then allowed him to recover the account once there was items on it.
    I am not sure if the original owner and www.accountwarehouse.com are actually affiliated and working to fraudulently sell accessible accounts and steal customers GP.

    I would like a full refund for the account, my items lost due security negligence on behalf of accountwarehouse.com and selling an account whilst they did not have the real recovery questions.
    They have also victim blamed me via email several times and have used very harsh tones.
    ACCOUNTWAREHOUSE SHOULD NOT SELL AN ACCOUNT IF THEY HAVE THE WRONG RECOVERY QUESTIONS AND HAVE BEEN GIVEN A FAKE ID FROM THE ORIGINAL OWNER.


    I told them I have all the receipts, I am very surprised this has happened because I truly did do my research in validating this site and it's legitness but I guess it can happen anywhere.

    They sold me an account from someone that gave them fake ID and fake recovery information. How is this not a scam?

    ALSO I changed the name of the account from "Hannnuss" to "Extra AF" if there is any confusion with the screenshots, this can also be confirmed in game if you add "Extra AF" as a friend, hover over the name in friends list to see the previous name "hannnuss"

    This report was already decided. You clearly changed the email and also refuse to send me the screenshots you have as "evidence" with the day / time showing For all we know it could just be you or a friend on the account making up a story to try and get a refund.

    Accountwarehouse.com are Scammers! (RECEIPTS)

    Lol okay I’m at work now I work in Operating Theatre but yep sure I’m going to lie about Runescape.

    I will post the screenshots with the requested time stamps which I will have to manually screenshot with the time stamp open to please your demands.

    This is proof of accountwarehouse.com not actually holding up their own terms in service which states:

    5.2 Buyers.

    If You wish to make a purchase of an Item on the Website, You will be required to provide your name, address, phone number, email address, and payment information. You must provide accurate, complete, and updated contact information, identification details, and any other form of authentication that Account Warehouse may request in its sole discretion.

    Our standard hours of operation are 8:00 am – 12:00 am CST 7 days a week, excluding holidays. If You purchase an Item during our standard hours of operation, we will deliver the account within thirty (30) minutes, absent a service interruption to the server or Website. If the Item is purchased outside our standard business hours, it will be processed the following business day. All sales of Items from Account Warehouse are final and You shall not be entitled to any exchanges or refunds.


    End of Terms of Service statement.
    Therefor a full refund and all gold lost due to security negligence that was taken place when the owner sold the account to accountwarehouse.com

    You have broken the Terms of Service therefor you are liable for losses.

    This will be my last post for you and if you want to send me the information I am requesting so I can actually help you feel free to email it to me. OSbuddy screenshots are useless to me unless you have real screenshots with the day and time visible so I can match them up with when the OO had the account (judging from the screenshots you sent even with those times it was before the OO had ever been able to get the account back to return it to us after you gave it away). I also can not take the screenshots as proof of any sort since they can be faked with ease. OSbuddy only shows the name of the file and is not accurate. Attached is a quick imgur I made as an example with a random screenshot and giving it a fake character name. All it does it read the files off the computer when making the names and folders in the gallery. The day and time must be visible on the windows task bar for us to be able to use it as evidence. You changed your email and voided your warranty. End of story. I am sorry this upsets you but I do hope you have a great day.

    You won’t get away with scamming me I will blacklist your site on every review page I can find. I am not trying to scam you, your company is disgusting for victim blaming.

    I will tonight, upload a video of me clicking on each screenshot for you, giving you ‘valid’ proof you so seek.

    But your entire claim that email changing voids your warranty is a blatant LIE it is not in your warranty information on your site, sorry.
