Explanation of the trade:
The service was for a fresh account to get 1-90 Strength (Obby Mauler) for 95M OSRS GP.
I posted a thread out, seeking prices - to which Rodman sent me a PM on the 3rd of October (Imgur: The magic of the Internet) regarding this service.

The Order was later confirmed, paid and then started on the 6th of October - Within the first 10 days, only level 69 strength was achieved, I requested a refund equivalent to the work not done. Rodman blamed this on his worker being 'severely ill', and offered me compensation (Didn't specify what). I made it clear I wasn't interested in compensation, I was just after the service that he offered, one where there was give or take 10hours of progress being made each day - and currently this wasn't the case. Rodman offered to move the service to his "priority team", "which is 10 a day" - I was requested to change my password and re-issue him with a new one. So I went with it.

The account was given to Rodman on the 16th of October with a new password, and work began on it. Though after an additional 11 days only 1.4M xp was gained. This was not the 10h/day service he kept offering - and I, therefore, messaged him stating the service would stop here - and I'll be taking a refund equivalent of the work not done.

5,346,332 xp : 95M = 17.8gp/xp.
3,223,248 remaining XP @ 17.8 gp/xp = 57,373k.

Since sending that message to him (21 hours ago - Imgur: The magic of the Internet) I've seen him log in/out off Discord & Sythe at least a dozen times, and he decides not to reply.

Honestly - I don't think Rodman is actually a scammer, but he's definitely not keen on the idea of issuing a refund, but I feel opening a scam report is the best procedure to speed the process up.

How they scammed: Currently no reply to my request of a refund, yet has logged in/out of both Sythe and discord a dozen times since I've sent that message.
