Just like DarkXCore said. Make a lvl 55 accunt that can enter both low and medium crater. It won't take time to create it. Then that level 55 character go in bounty with the 89 one and take the 20m. Then the 55 go on low crater and give the level 3. Anyway, I think your level will be at least at level 4 if you get your money by BH. Because you know.. You got to attack the level 55 charcter.. so you will gain experience.. and if your concerned about getting killed with your money on the level 3, just do this: make the level 3 attack the lvl 55 till it's at like 10 hp, then let the lvl 3 exit bh and keep the lvl 55 at 10 hp. The lvl 50 shuld have 10 hp and he should not eat whatsover... somebody soon should kill him and the kill will be yours but with no penalty. You should now go back with your level 3 with full inventory swordfish if f2p or sara brews if p2p then get your kill ( you must have known where the lvl 55 died)and you won't have any penalities. Just be sure to do othis as accurate as possible as any mistake will destry the world.

That's your only safe choice. Anything else got more risk too get known by Jagex and get both your accounts banned. BH is the safiest method to transfer gold between accounts. They got no solid proof that you did transfer money.
