Favorite physical activity?

Mine is a toss up between working out and bike riding.

I think my favorite physical activity is playing Disc Golf. I play it with my dad, I play it with random people, I meet all sorts of
cool people out on the courses it's free to play and alot of fun. Just like regular golf, but you play it with specially designed frisbees
made of thinner, smaller, more durable high speed throwing plastics than normal frisbees.

Golf rules apply.

 

Rock climbing! Also sky diving but it's not so much a .. physical activity per say.

 

Probably just power lifting, relieves stress for me

 

Hiking and playing ball for sure

 

Are breathing and eating count?
To be real, I'd say it's running and any games like volleyball, basketball etc. if played with friends ^^

Nothing beats going for a run with some music early in the morning.

Biking. It helps me lose weight, get my body in shape and enjoy nature during the bike ride)

 

Cycling in England is great for exercise, great for getting around and seeing the country!

 

Definitely basketball, a little competitive fun between friends is always a good time.

 

Not so long ago, I got to like jogging. Earlier, when I came to the gym and started training with jogging, I was dizzy, but I recently started enjoying jogging in the morning in the fresh air.
