Boglagold is a great gold-selling website and I vouch for them for the most part 100% of the Time. However this last transaction was probably the worst transaction(s) I have ever dealt with Boglagold before. The transaction did not go through and was told to contact the merchant, the merchant then told me that the transaction was processing on G2As part not theirs. I contacted G2A for them to tell me that they don't have a record of any of my transactions, I go back to Boglagold to explain to them and asked if they could cancel the order and I would replace the order with a new card. They said they couldn't do that.. Here I am another day later and the transaction was never processed on their end they said. Yet when I ask them to match the gold selling price I was trying to buy at yesterday they won't. I am Confused as to why they can't lower their gold price 7 cents when I offered to buy the gold last night WITH a different card. Honestly this was the worst customer service I have received from them, I will still buy from Boglagold but I will definitely be looking for other gold selling websites. Ill keep y'all posted
