    Link to/reason for TWC: I believe I was given 'TWC' status because I told people I knew how to duplicate Partyhats in Runescape 3
    List of vouches since receiving TWC:     No vouches received since TWC
    Reasoning/explanation for sketchy behavior leading to TWC: Becuase I told people I knew how to duplicate Partyhats in Runescape 3
    Anything else you wish to say:     I would like to apologize and won't make such a mistake again.
