    RKO

    1. Wait until your enemy is standing up.

    2. Run up and jump with your back facing them. While you are doing this grab their neck.

    3. While going down slam their face into the canvas. That is an RKO.

    Video:

    Spear

    1. Get a far distance away from your enemy.

    2. Charge at them and tackle them with your arm and shoulder.

    3. They should slam into the mat.

    4. Pin them as soon as you can.

    Drop kick

    1. Jump up to the side as high as you can.

    2. Kick your enemy in the chest. They should go flying or just fall down.

    3. Land on your booty or legs.

    Suplex

    1. Kick your enemy in the stomach and hunch them down at a 70 degree angle.

    2. Lock their head in your right arm.

    3. Grab their right leg (your left) with your left hand.

    4. Pick them up and land on your back. Gravity takes care of the rest once you jump back.

Wow um I personally think this is a horrible guide. These wrestling moves are quite horrible, you can not use this in REAL wrestling, these moves are all for show. The other wresteler just let them do the moves, in real life it would be quite difficult to actually pull this off. Also the moves are really simple, just watching a video you can pick up how to do the move.

People use these in real life I hope you know. Wrestling is a sport. Not WWE wrestling. Please get your facts straight before you can put down my guide. Sports entertainment is WWE wrestling. Wrestling is a sport and is real physical. You can use the moves for self defense if you need to. There's other uses for them. It isn't simply for fun.

Wrestling is a sport, but do people in real life really pull of these moves? I hope you know that WWE is a fake. If you don't believe that, then ask yourself, why do they change the camera angles everytime someone is about to get hit by a punch?

terrible guide. You should base your moves off of real college wrestling. Single leg takedown, double leg, arm bar, half nelson, cradle, etc. None of the moves you listed are used in real wrestling. WWE epic fail.

But honestly, when are you going to go in for an "RKO" for self defense. The "wrestling" moves that you posted are just used for entertainment purposes, you should change them with real wrestling moves like the poster above mentioned. And seriously, do you think that "Spearing" someone in real life would do you ANY good at all. The action of spearing would leave your head prone to injury, its a glorified take down with unnessecary risks.

To be fair, I don't see anyone using these in a self-defence manner, however it was said in the original post "These should only be used for entertainment", so I don't think anybody was claiming they will knock your opponent flat in 10 seconds, were they?

No. This was to show you how to entertain your family with this. I never meant it to turn into a flame contest.

"Entertaining your family" With these is probarly a very bad idea. For instance the RKO ould be SERIOUSLY dangerous. What if they fall forward onto you? Theres 13 your old kids on this forum man. Think before posting, cos were gonna have a hella lot of kids with broken backs otherwise.

Also, if you wanna learn REAL self defense, just take some judo classes. Everything you entered this thread for can be learnt their.

How to do some wrestling moves.

I find this guide as a waste of time. It's not even REAL wrestling moves, WWE and the Wrestling Entertainment is all FAKE. I myself really wrestle, and If you can tell ME how to do a Butcher(A REAL WRESTLING MOVE) ; in detail, then I'll know that you actually KNOW how to do this instead of plagirizing somebody elses work. I myself know ALL the details about the famous Butcher move, so I'll know when you leave out an IMPORTANT detail or a minor detail.

    - Neg rep to guide.
