    So, I've decided to take a liberty of posting every day on IG of me cutting. I know its dumb to cut in Winter time but I'm going to Thailand for 3 weeks and will get shredded for that.

    I decided to bulk starting of August and I put on basically 25 lbs in 3 months. (Crazy lol) Ate everything I saw. Now I will post everyday. If you have any questions please let me know!

    For everyone wondering I've been working out for like 3 years. This was my first bulk and I hate being bulky so im never bulking again lol. (well not to this extent)


    I will be incorporating Intermediate fasting as I've done in the past.

    Starting BW: 185.8 (10/30/2018)
    Lowest Weigh in BW: 168.0 (01/10/2019)

    Current BW: 173.8 (2/15/2019) I've rebounded a bit from vacation and coming back. I will shred down to 160 ~ 165 Lbs.

    STATS:
    AGE: 24
    Height: 5'8

    Diet plan:
    I'm doing Intermediate fasting. I eat from the windows of 1-8. I am also tracking calories and I try not eating over 2k calories while drink shakes to hit 170g of protein.

    Workout:
    Push pull legs, x2. I work out 6 days a week
    LISS 4x a week for only 200 calories. (12 incline treadmill, 3.5 speed)
    ABS every other day.

    How are your lifts? My bench usually is the first shit to plummet whenever I start cutting unfortunately.

    Im practice Intermediate Fasting as well as counting calories. I generally do high protein moderate carbs moderate/lowfat. I don't exceed over 2k.

    Same haha, My bench is getting owned. I was benching 225 for 5, now I think I can only do for 3 but struggling :(. I'm also doing an aggresive cut.. I wanted to take my time but nah haha. Dropped like 7 lbs in 17 days so far. Maybe like 3 lbs of that is really water weight.

    are you 1.5k a day or lower? i mean any deficit is good for cutting regardless, just takes time

    No, 1.5k is too aggressive for me. I'm roughly dropping 2lbs a week by doing 2k. My maintenance is roughly 2.3, so I only need 2k calories to cut

    Yea man haha. Shrimp is always good with hot sauce. Turkey is good. A lot of fish is great. I tend to stay away from red meats cause they higher in fat.

    Looking good man, what other sources of protein are you getting besides the shakes? Incorporating protein into your daily eating i.e. chicken/turkey etc?

    I eat anything. Chicken mainly, with a lot of eggs and egg whites.

    yea basically haha just keep it under 2k and get my protien in per lb. I don't really care about carbs/fats. Just enough macros to hit 170g of protein a day.

    Curious, do you not train abs? I'm close to your height and even at 180+ I still see 2-4 based on lighting and/or the previous day's meals.
