Trading a lot for . . .

Ok, I am looking for an account on Runescape that is either:
-Level 100 or higher
-One that has a 99 skill (I prefer this option)
I am willing to trade all of this for it:
-Level 85 RS character with 2.5m and members with 1076 or something total level (70 attack, 70 strength, 70 defense, 63 magic, 60 ranged, 72 woodcutting and 147 or something Quest Points with quests like Regicide and Monkey Madness finished)
-Level 72 RS account with only about 170k and 1.7k willows with good flecthing and crafting and woodcutting, members currently not activated
-A Steam Account with $120 worth of content (Counter Strike: Source, Counter Strike: Condition Zero, Condition Zero Deleted Scenes, Counter Strike 1.6, 2 COPIES (so you can gift someone) OF HALF-LIFE 2, Half-Life 2 Episode One and Episode Two, Half-life 2 Deathmatch, Half-Life 2 Lost Coast, Half-Life, Half-Life Blue Shift, Half-Life Opposing Force, Half-Life Deathmatch Classic, Day of Defeat, Peggle Extreme, Portal, Team Fortress 2, Team Fortress Classic, Garry's Mod 9 and Ricochet.)
-I can also include lower level Runescape character that so far is a strength pure.
-ALSO, I can inlcude a second Steam Account mainly with Counter Strike: Source, Half-Life 2, and Team Fortress 2.
