Its based on luck.

Technically you could get one visage drop after another, but i dont think that will happen.

 

Killed 500-1k and have gotten 5 d legs 2 d skirts and a d med, but no visage yet.

 

Ring of wealth?? I've killed around 400 and nothing :[, 200 with ring of wealth

Yea, I always use a wealth.

Still there is an aspect of luck to it. I got on a roll and got 2 d legs and a d skirt withing 40 kills.

 

My friend killed around 20 and then got one

 

i died there coz my internet closed for some reason. lost ahrims top, glory t (shit..), 12k deaths..

i dont go to steels anymore..

its a random drop. and a very rare one at that.
im going for a visage right now aswell but, i can't see myself
getting one for a VERY long time.. unless i get lucky

lol @ the people who say getting a visage is complete random. NOTHING ran on a script can be completely random. Honestly I don't know the drop rate, just wanted to correct the people who are saying it's "completely random".

i got mine off iron drag with wealth, 1k kills including steel and irons

 

ive killed about 3k abbysiall demons and had about 7 whips i had 4 of them in the first 500 and then my luck was really bad, so like i say its really random =P

 

I think we're established that it's based on luck. No more post containing just that information. Post something useful.

I went to the metal dragons when i heard they dropped visage.
I kill around 500 of it, never got a visage, only a d legs and 2 d skirts.
My friend got a visage in 40+ kills.

there is no answer to this because it's luck based and if it's luck based no one can tell because no one knows how our luck is for anyone on rs we can only assume

I believe the rate is about 1 / 5000 or so though.

 

Got two visages without <50 at mithril drags. Out of 500 or less. Just super lucky

 

It's luck,2 friends of mine were competing to get 1.

1 of them got 1 in 40 kills while the other killed 1000+
