Take a picture with a digital camera, or your cell phone works also.
If digital camera, hook up to your computer via USB cord. If cell phone, send to your email via picture mail.

Once you hook the digital camera up, then you should have a popup that says device found.

Then if your computer is like mine, it will have an option to view files. Open the folder, move the image from the folder to your desktop.

Go to a site like www.imageshack.us or www.tinypic.com. Find the image, and click upload. Now find the thing that says
IMG Code for Forums & Message Boards and click on it, copy and paste.

Go to www.sythe.org, click on spam forum, click on "Post your computer background!!!" and put the code into the reply box, and click submit

There you go
