[Guide] How to induce lucid dreams [Guide]

Never heard of lucid dreams, but I've had many of them. I don't know why, but I have a lot of them. I don't induce them, but I still get them

Could lucid dreams be the hallucinations you get from drugs o_O?

This is a very interesting guide. I would like to know why lucid dreams have to do with erratic sleeping patterns though. Is it because when you are sleeping at different times everyday, at times where you'd normally be awake, you'd actually be asleep, therefore thinking your awake, when you're actually in a lucid dream? That makes sense now. Excellent, will try.

you guys are misinterpreting what a lucid dream is. A lucid dream isn't a good dream that you vividly remember. Unless you are conciously aware that you are dreaming while in the state of your dream than it is not a lucid dream.

I've only had one lucid dream and I wish I could have another. I'm gunna try doing some of the things on this guide. When I had mine it was like I was day dreaming almost. I was in kindergarten again and I realized that I was dreaming so I just started fucking around and throwing chairs at the teacher and stuff, haha. I wish I could have had it in a better setting though.

This is strange, but seems pretty cool.

The horrors bit if it goes wrong though, what sort of things could you see? Anything in particular?

Nice guide, I had no clue they were so rare, I have them usually atleast a couple times a week if I don't then I don't dream or it is one in which I can't remember.

Good Guide I would have to say a 5/5. Do you have any idea on how to stop them. My little brother gets them all the time he says and he read this over my shoulder and is now scared. I told him not to be because Sleep paralysis is not very common but he won't believe me without any proof. So any help will be greatly appreciated.

I'm sorry that I scared you guys with the sleep paralysis part but it does happen. Some things that some of my friends seen were dark shadows moving around and voices he didn't actually hear. Another saw a man with no legs walking around his room. It doesn't usually happen but when it does you should close your eyes until it stops. Thanks jp

I really am amazed that people who say they know they are dreaming think they are having a lucid dream. A lucid dream is being completly in control.

I have had serveral occasions where I realized it was a dream, but could not control it. Once I realized it was a dream when I saw my friends deceased dad (I got very sad...) and another time I was in a house with something chasing me. I realized it was a dream, but I tried (failed) waking up.

I am really amazed that people as cocky as you can go about critizing others when you dont know anything for yourself.

    You are in complete control?
