How do you overcome new accounts getting locked?

I have come to realize a small issue, that sometimes new accounts will get locked if they are created from a different IP, and then used by a seperate IP to do tutorial island, and start training manually.

What are the common factors that cause this lock, in addition to seperate IP addresses?

For example, If I pay random people contract work each to make 500 accounts with fake emails, and random passwords, and then contract these accounts to workers that are from the same areas, but not the same IP, how can I avoid them getting locked in the future?

Will I need to register and verify each account with an email for recovery?

Any information is appreciated, this is a variable I need to overcome.

 

- Use same (or close location) IP address for everything
- Many datacenter IPs cause locks, it's just part of the process now
- Filling out the unlock form typically works without issue
- I've heard that registering an email or changing password after lock can unlock the account
