Hiring web developer

I am hiring a web developer, for a website I will have going up very soon. *The sooner the better*

This isn't a normal game market site, and is mainly going to be used for employees I receive from other avenues, and will need to capture and record a form they fill out, and route them through 3-4 more steps of a hiring process.

I have the exact layout, and flow of systems that need to occur with the website and need someone to develop it for me.

If your experience is completely made up of just going to wix and organizing a page, please don't contact me. I am looking for a real web developer, not designer.

Again, I will give you everything to follow and let you develop the site and use your creativity. If you have legitimate web development experience this will not be a hard task.

Every user that gets routed to the website gets routed through other forms of marketing, so SEO is not going to be important yet, so if you don't understand SEO well that is not a deal breaker at all. If you do understand SEO that is a huge bonus, and I can use you for other things after this website.

I would like this done sooner than later, if you have experience go ahead and contact me. If you have any examples of anything you have developed before, or helped to develop, go ahead and give me an example and let me know what your role in that project was.
