Selling 96 combat account with 99 fletching

The reason for me getting rid of the account is because i have lost interest in the game itself and figured i could use the couple extra dollars instead of it sitting around. with 99 fletching on the account you should have no issue of gaining wealth. I am currently taking offers on the account and would prefer not to receive osrs gp but will take it if it's the only thing offered.
