To be honest, the Santa one is really pointless. But the dragon axe is good.

 

Every rare is lame lending out, useless. Id suggest you sold the Santa hat and bought some things people might need.

 

I wouldn't suggest lending it out seeing as there are guides being sold about how to take the item you receive.

Although it's way cheaper, I'd suggest charging almost as much for the D axe as for the santa if your lending becomes popular. Much more useful.
