Homosexual's Adopting?

Oh, so she doesn't have any relatives?

 

The relatives have no say in the matter. Their only connection to the child is similar DNA. The woman is perfectly free to allow whomever she wishes to raise the child that she gave birth to.

 

i am personally against it, but i don't think that The Government, or I, have any right to disallow it. I know a kid who's parents are gay, and there are plenty of people who are dick enough to make fum of him for it. I don't think its good for a child.

 

People don't genrally think like that. Besides - if it's going to be that bad..Who has to know? A homosexual couple has every right to adopt a child/children. The only social effect it will have on their life is getting rid of narrow minded people like yourself, because they KNOW there are no issues with homosexuals adopting.

I watched a 30 days special about this, it is a very touchy thing, one child, raised by a gay couple, felt that her identity and sexuality as a woman was damaged etc, while an orphan has had a rough life for many years and would kill just to have a family, he explained that he didn't care what kind of family it was.
obviously there are bad families, but it doesn't necessarily mean its because of their sexuality.
