paypal trouble

My mm just made a paypal to mm our trade the guy buying my account sent 70 dollars to his paypal

He then trys to sent the 70.00 dollars to my paypal but it says he has to add a cc or bank wtf it usually doesnt do this to me please help

His paypal has probably been limited.

 

so had mine im trying to buy a cell phone on ebay and it says i have a spending limit its 0.00 wtf?

 

maybe its the longer u had ur paypal acc the higher ur spending limit is?

 

I think the problem is he needs to get his
paypal account verified
the solution is to add a credit card or bank account to the paypal account like it says

Ya i have same problem now but is it certain paypals cuase i have a paypal that is unvertified but limit is like 3m or 3k idk which and im a teenager with no credit card or bank w.e

 

its all paypals believe me just ask your parents to put theres on it has no cost and they call you if
you try to add funds I'm pretty sure but if you can't get that to happen I'm not quite sure my friend... Mail? Lol

Ps your limit might be that or whatever but you need to be verified to send cash or buy something

 

If you set up a Canadian Paypal address, like in the guides section if you looked, you can start out with a spending limit of $3700 without the need for verifying. Ask your MM to refund the money to the buyer, set up a new paypal account using the method I just said, then asking the buyer to send his money and it should work

Make an Aus account, you don't need verification for them.

 

but i got a unvertified acc with 40 usd i cant change it to aussie?
