    PbP didnt pay..wth?
    I recently my a transaction with runescape for membership...so after a couple months i log in and what do i find? This account is disabled.....So i go to the apeal offence section it says i didn't pay....Does this mean my parents didn't pay it...or idk and if thats the case how do you pay back rs

    If you used credit card, then the card probably had insufficient funds on it.
