If I am doing a paid job, I always expect payment after the completion of your service, not beforehand. But I am more keen on doing free services for the time being.

Not sure if your scamming or not but offering services that low appear to be a scam, maybe try offering the first part of a service for free on a trial period and then see if they want to continue your service with you? Sorry if I came across rude.

 

No worries, not rude at all. Well I did state that for the moment I am more wanting to do free services than paid to build myself a rep. That will change later on
