Let's talk business. Below are a list of requirements that MUST be met regardless of how trusted you are, your rep doesn't give you the right to slack on orders losing me and you money.

Requirements ;

To be able to play 12 hours a day minimum, preferrably 14-16
No Venezuelan's (sorry)
Not be an outsourcer, you and only you are allowed to access the account that needs to be trained
High EHP on an account that YOU own
NO bots, anyone caught using macros will have their contract terminated and will NOT be paid
Be able to maintain EHP hours for ALL skills within a 15% margin
Have some sort of reputation on Sythe

Currently have open orders that need to be taken by efficient players
