That's it.

I am willing to spend up to $450 on an account, preferably close to that for a very good account. I will pay via Western Union or Mail. Mail can be done either via cash, money order, or prepaid credit cards.

Do vouches not count for anything?

 

No, I don't give a flying fig about any vouches that anyone has, or at least, SAYS they have.

If you can get 2+ people who qualify with me to vouch for you *in person* on this thread, I'll consider.

 

Kaarn dont even worry about the other nubs who are 2008 members and think they are soo bad ass cause they can fake vouch and take screenies of their own money claiming its their FREE MM service...

Your choice to wait for a VERY trusted member will eventually pay off. Though..there aren't many trusted members who actually play runescape enough to have an account thats too good.
