I've been inactive from Sythe for a long time now, even for some time before I got banned. While I do not think I should've been banned in the first place, that's not really what I want to focus on. I wasn't using the site prior to getting banned, and I don't want to again anyway. However, I noticed beyond the original report and ban reason, I am now also banned for tweeting, which I think is ridiculous. The tweet that I was banned for was for calling an individual on here an immature child. That tweet was in reply to a random person on Twitter... No harm could've came from that tweet to the user's RS accs in any way at all, no JMods were even tagged in it. I'm hoping one look at it again will show anyone reading this how insanely stupid that is. That's not tweeting out someone's RS accounts to Jagex, especially when it was just to a random person and not anyone from Jagex anyway. That's no different than making such a comment on any other medium lol. My main concern is why that gets added to my ban reason, yet it's alright for that individual (@Devil) to actually tweet harmful tweets to Jagex? The inconsistency there is gross.

Example: whyYouAlwaysLyin on Twitter If it's any help at all trying to prove that tweet among others at the time were him, here's one of his emails to search from when I transferred names for him (for free to be nice, ironically!): [private]
Would appreciate the dispute being left private until he can be investigated so that he doesn't try to hide the crap that he's done.

I know there's a timeframe on when disputes can be made. Overall I don't really care about it since I don't want to use the site, which is why I never disputed my original ban reason either. More so care about that inconsistency with someone that actually deserves a tweeting ban.

I spoke with an Admin about the tweet you made and since the user in question was already banned its not necessarily tweeting them out, but has malicious intent and could potentially cause harm to the user. The ban will remain permanent.

As for the claim on @Devil, this has been reviewed and there is a link between the accounts. The evidence contains personal information and thus cannot be provided, however, other staff have reviewed it. Thus, a 1 month ban + TWC will be placed on @Devil for tweeting with malicious intent.

In a deleted post below is the evidence and I have removed all personal information from this dispute.
