I have a theory that it was unlocked due to jagex updating their subscription processes. (My account was in the same situation for 3 months and negative credit (7 days) was removed. Though i didn't hack credit cards. Some noob who sold me a pin got me in trouble and reversed it.

 

Ok I just found out what happened because a guy pmed me and said Hi,I asked him did he have me on his list and he said he did and I said to him " I was locked since 2006" and he said " weird cos i saw u on earlier this year" , Somehow some1 stole my account and payed my negative credit and the security codes are from june 2007. I really don't know how I could recover the acconut without the right codes cos I recovered with those from 2006...

 

I am sorry for this mess but I will not share the account another 14 days....

I'd share with you and ontop of making it member, I'd buy rsgp from R2pleasent every month.

 

First, Change the password 4 times. (all have to be different) The fourth password is the one you will keep.

Second, Set new recovery questions. Change the questions to like 3 letter words which only you can answer. (that way the hacker cannot guess your personal details)

Third, Apply membership through paybycash, pbp, sms, or credit card.

Fourth, Recover your own account by supply sufficient details (3 times)

Reasons:
1, It will eliminate any past passwords the hacker remembers.
2, Obvious reasons
3, So you know the new transaction numbers
4, This is to be sure the recovering works.
