Bullshit infraction.

Total bullshit infraction. I simply said on the promotion thread, "Gratz, dave". Fin a couple posts later says, "I hate you too, scum". That's flame, and it hurt my feelings irl. I highly doubt he got a fucking infraction for flaming.

After, I said, "Wow, a great flaming global moderator, fag". Then he flamed me in the next post, and then I flame him next..

Is it really fair he doesn't get an infraction?

 

You weren't infracted for saying 'gratz Dave.'

Firstly, it was clearly provocative, and I responded to your provocation with a response excluding foul language and use of insulting terminology.

You were told not to post on the thread again, yet continued to, and went on to insult other members (Shakaka, etc.)

Calling someone a 'fag' or 'faggot' is insulting other members to the point of infraction, as far as I'm concerned.

Not only did you call me a 'fag' you went on to insult me even further after being told not to do so.

You were warned not to post again my post beforehand, yet you still insisted on doing so.

The infraction was therefore certainly justified.
